HEIAXIS is the control layer for Student Affairs & campus care - driving prevention, auditable outcomes, and ROI.

$22B governed market 19.4M students 560+ target institutions

$22B in Student Affairs spend. The control layer is missing.

0%
of students face at least one form of basic needs insecurity
0%
of stop-out or stop-out-risk students tie that risk to unmet basic needs
0%+
rise in student-services spend per student over the prior decade — yet too many students still disappear between need and follow-through

This is not underinvestment. It is under-governed execution.

The Breakpoint

Three forces converged.
The control-layer moment is now.

01

Mental health demand is structurally above capacity

02

An AI compliance gap is opening across the academy

03

Student support is now tied directly to retention, workforce readiness, and institutional performance

Before HEIAXIS

Fragmented by Design

  • Departments operate in isolated silos
  • Escalations fall through inter-departmental gaps
  • Vendors own their data, logic, and relationship
  • Leadership reviews activity reports, not outcomes
  • Compliance rests on manual documentation
  • Budget decisions lack utilization visibility
  • Institutional ROI is modeled in retrospective spreadsheets
After HEIAXIS

One Governed Layer

  • One governed flow across the full Student Affairs unit
  • Routing, ownership, and escalation tracked automatically
  • Campus retains all data, logic, and relationship sovereignty
  • Real-time operating intelligence for leadership
  • Every decision, handoff, and exception is audit-ready
  • Budget allocation informed by live utilization and demand data
  • Institutional ROI is continuously visible, governed, and actionable

The control layer institutions have been missing.

The HEIAXIS Control Layer

The Platform

One governed flow. Five layers. Human-governed AI.

01
Student Interface Layer
Campus-branded access, prevention, belonging journeys, and 24/7 cohort and group support.
02
Operational Layer
Routing, ownership, case coordination, cross-unit follow-through, and workload control.
03
Evidence Layer — the Evidence Spine
Decision paths, workflow state, completion status, immutable audit trail, and institutional proof.
04
RegTech Layer
Policy logic, approvals, exceptions, governed vendor interactions, and compliance-ready execution.
05
Budget Intelligence Layer
Utilization visibility, resource allocation, funding intelligence, and budget uplift identification.
Field Evidence

Field-validated architecture, not assumptions.

“Campuses expand support when routing, ownership, escalation, and data remain institution-controlled.”

Institutional ROI

Institutional ROI now lives in the operating layer — not in post-hoc spreadsheets.

HEIAXIS gives leadership a single, auditable view of operational value: where support is working, where risk is accumulating, and where budget should move next.

The People Behind HEIAXIS

I started my career in education.

Ten years working with students — four of them in Higher Education — showed me something most systems still struggle to acknowledge: the student mental health crisis is not only a clinical challenge. It’s an institutional infrastructure problem.

Universities face an impossible equation: demand for support is rising rapidly while clinical capacity, budgets, and liability constraints remain fixed. At the same time, students are already turning to AI for support — often outside institutional oversight.

Over the past year, conversations with university presidents, counseling directors, CFOs, and general counsels across the U.S. made one thing clear: the problem isn’t a lack of tools. It’s the absence of governance infrastructure.

That realization led us to build HEIAXIS — a governance-grade control plane for campus care.

Our mission is to help institutions transform fragmented mental health ecosystems into systems that are auditable, accountable, scalable, and adaptive to AI-native student behavior.

Because the next generation of campus care won’t be defined by more apps. It will be defined by the infrastructure that makes care safe, accountable, and scalable.

Your institution is already carrying the responsibility.
It’s time to govern it with the architecture it deserves.
